At the Gbenga Odugbemi Scholarship Fund (GOSF), we (GOSF) take your privacy seriously and we are committed to ensuring the security, confidentiality, and integrity of every personal information you give us, or we collect from you. As a result, we have prepared this Privacy Notice to explain to you how we process your personal information provided to us.

Who we are

GOSF is a scholarship fund created to provide scholarships to certain students, currently undergraduate law graduates from Nigerian universities. We aim to expand the scholarship fund to other graduates (beyond law graduates) as time goes on.

Financial-related data		Contract performance, and legitimate interest	To process the sending and transfer of scholarship funds to you when your application is successful.
Other relevant information		Contract performance, and legitimate interest	We strive to minimize collected data, and any other relevant information would be collected to advance the scholarship application, validate provided information to GOSF, or your identity, etc.

Whenever you access our website, we may collect information that is related to your visit, use, or access of our services like your internet protocol (IP) Address, page interaction information, the time and date when you access or use our services, your browser and operating system, the area where you are accessing or using our Services from, etc. This information is collected to enhance your experience and improve our services. All of the cookies on our webpage are strictly essential.

Purpose of processing your personal information

Generally, we will use every personal information we collect from you to provide the services you have requested from us, and will not use such personal information for other (secondary) purposes without first informing you and obtaining your consent where necessary. (f) the right to data portability: you may request to receive, free of charge, a copy of your personal information in our custody in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format or have us transmit the information directly to another entity (if this is technically feasible).
