1.1 All applications must be submitted through the official GOSF Scholarship Fund application portal.
1.2 Duplicate submissions will result in the nullification of all applications submitted by the applicant.
1.3 Applications submitted outside the posted deadline will NOT be considered.
2.1 The GOSF reserves the absolute right to withdraw any awarded scholarship for any reason whatsoever, at its sole discretion.
3.1. Submitting false or misleading information in the application will lead to the immediate disqualification of the applicant. In such instances, if a scholarship has already been awarded, the GOSF reserves the right to withdraw the scholarship and pursue any relevant legal remedies against the applicant.
4.1 Only selected scholarship applicants will be contacted. If you do not receive a response within the stipulated timeframe (i.e. before commencement of the school year), consider your application unsuccessful.
5.1 All donations made to the GOSF Scholarship Fund are non-refundable.
6.1 By submitting an application for a scholarship or making a donation, you agreeto be bound by these Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Notice provided on the GOSF website. The Privacy Notice includes all the necessary information on how the GOSF will process your personal information.
7.1 Please review our Privacy Notice to understand our data processing practices regarding the collection, use, and protection of your personal information.
These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede and replace all prior or contemporaneous understandings or agreements, written or oral, regarding such subject matter. The GOSF reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting the revised terms on the website.
